I made this calendar yesterday to help me stay focused for the next 6 months so I can keep track of progress and have something to look back on in the end.
This one is strictly for fitness and weight loss, tracking kilometers run each day or how long I was at the gym. I added a daily count down for the number of days left to reach my goal so that I remember that everyday counts. I also added a monthly progress thermometer. 🙂 It’s posted right by my front door so I see it everyday and will be reminded to stay on track everyday. 6 months can go by quickly.
