A weight loss journey.

I like to do just about anything active and outside…  climb mountains, ride bikes, kayak or canoe, swim, jog. I am shockingly athletic for my size.

    I stumbled upon your blog this morning while I was checking the daily threads on Weight Watchers website. I just want to say that I enjoyed reading your blog, and to keep up the good work! Loosing weight and getting healthy is an every day challenge. Just wanted to say Hi, and that you are doing great job! You inspired me to go start jogging today…and making those yummy Chickpea salad…such a good idea! 🙂
